This mod, dubbed Skyrim: Player Re-Voiced - Elven Races Complete (Male), was created and voiced by yours truly!

It allows the player to experience Skyrim with a voice that is more suitable for their younger, or less masculine male elves. Every single sound the player makes throughout Skyrim has been re-voiced, from breathing sounds while sprinting, to battle cries, all the way to each and every dragon shout. Well done. But the voice is too young sounding for my tastes.

Your Skyrim Nexus link is broken, you need to remove the "managevideos/?id=" part of it, then it works just fine. This looks like excellent work, perfect for when I create an Elven Character.
