my two handed skill is supposed to be 66 but right now it is 20 and the 20 is in red writing i dont have any disease nothing im wearing affects my two handed all my skills for two handed are still active but it says in 20 in red writing... why is this happening and how do i fix it? please help

Um what did you do prior to this issue?

There are a plenty of things you could have done.Do you play on the pc and used console commands to change your character apperance?
