Skyrim pc problems

Was wondering if anyone was having similar problems or could offer me some advice. Lately (since 1.6) I've been experiencing more bugs in Skyrim than I did at release. Objects, sometimes as large as inns, not loading is a big one. Usually if I save and reload they will appear. But I've also been experiencing a lot of delays in sounds and visual effects. Sometimes When I cast a spell I won't hear the effect for about 30 seconds. Sometimes I won't actually see the spell at all. I was just going up to visit the greybeards for the first time on a new character; when einarth was teaching me "roh" he walked up, said it, and nothing happened. about 30 seconds later the word finally appeared on the ground like it should have.

I do have Ati Radeon HD cards, and I know skyrim has had problems with amd before, so that could be causing it. I tried updating my CCC to the 12.7 beta, but it isn't really helping. I also don't think that would be causing the delays in sound effects, but I'm not entirely sure.

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give.

Sincerely,
~Ethereal Shadow

Hmm, I don't think it's 1.6 related - likely something else.

Perhaps, but I don't know what. I tried Starting a new "clean" game with all mods deactivated and no skse. Didn't help at all.

I've had delays in sounds playing as well. I use many mods so thought it related to that. The 1.6 patch broke some mods.

Edit: Clean save eh? Perhaps the patch after all. It's certainly caused some new problems so you should post this in the tech forums. It won't get noticed here with all the noise this place makes.

Yeah, thanks. Not sure why I didn't post it there to begin with
