Imperials on earth are native to America. They are the buisness men of the world and live like kings. They are currently controlled by another race, on earth China (control the debt control the country) in tamriel controlled by highelves (stupid Thalmor!)
Their good loyal neighbours are Mexicans aka Kajiit. Both are illegal immigrants in America. They both grow facial hair at alarming rates and are notorious for their drug rings, Skooma in Tamriel, narcotics on earth.
Americans also have used their good argonian friends from africa to grow their nation. Cyrodil and America have both used Africans as slaves in their history and both are stereotyped as excellent theives.
Across the sea lives our good friends Highelves AKA Chinese. They have both rose to become world leaders and have started a new world market and power.
Canadians are obviously Wood Elves in hiding. We both (yes i am Canadian) live in forested regions, love hunting and out doors, and are never taken too seriously. and we both say eh?
Nords would have to be Russians as they both live up north, love mead (stereotypically), and are very nationalistic. Was the cold war not a mirror of skyrims civil war? Imperial philosophy vs nordic?

North American Native would be Dark Elves just based on how society treats them. They are often misunderstood and are very counter cultural, being that they don't conform to how the world has tried to assimilate their culture into its own, and both have lost vast amounts of territorial land, eruption of Red Mountain, settling of the west.
Orcs would have to be German on earth. Both were feared greatly by the rest of the world and misunderstood. Both have been destroyed, sacking of Orsnium, WW1 WW2. Both have come back and are more accepted by the world.
Redgards are basically british, with both in history having large empires, and both are black. jokes jokes jokes!
