I am ukrainian and i bought my Skyrim copy (PC) in steam, but now, when Dawnguard and Hearthfire are released i cant buy them cos This item is currently unavailable in your region . I dont ask why it is so, or will/can u do smth to release those dlc in Ukraine, i just want to say that i enjoy ur games and want to be able to buy it legally in my countr, and i will wait and believe in u, Bethesda. Plz dont forget our little country, we love u and ur games here in Ukraine =)

I think it's an issue with Steam, not Bethesda. Try contacting Steam Customer Service to get a resolution to your question.
