i would just like to find out of the skyrim 1.5 update will come with the dawnguard game for xbox 360 in the uk, also if anyone knows, could they tell me a rough price for the game in ￡'s please.

Ummm, 1.5 is already out.

1.5 came out over a month ago, 1.6 came out almost a week ago~

1.6 is where it's at dawg.

Yup.

the latest one, 1.6, is the one with melee and ranged horse combat.
If youre on console and the console is online, you should get prompted to download the patch when you start the game.
If you play on pc, it should go automatically via steam.

i don't have live you see so im wondering if the update will come with dawnguard for 360? it looks like an epic update and i don't wanna miss out on it

You dont need a live account, I think.
I dont have (a payed) one, just a username.
What I do is unplug my pc from the internet and stick the plug in my xbox when I want to update stuff.
Been meaning to buy a thingy so I have two cables for a while now..

You can have a silver live account like I do which means you can download patches and dlcs...honestly how where you expecting to get Dawnguard if you didn't even have a silver live account? O.o

This! My account hasn't been "Gold" for probably six months and I just hook the box up to the internet and it prompts me to download once I start the game.

You can make a free silver account and get updates. Also if you can't do that might as well just wait for the GOTY edition which will come out after all the DLC fully updated just like all other Beth games.

You'll need some form of access to live to get the dawngaurd DLC, either gold or silver membership, because it's just a download for now.

1.6 is already out for Xbox. As for the price its 1600MSP roughly ￡16. Although expensive for DLC its worth it as you get at least 20 extra hours out of the game.

You'll also need an Xbox live account to download Dawnguard. However, there may be an "ultimate" version of the game being released in the future which includes all DLC packs. Although this is speculation at best.

No, atleast not in the foreseeable future I don't think. Maybe they'll release a bundle of DLCs on a disk in a year or so....

oh i hope so, we don't have "proper" internet in our house you see, only one of those crappy mobile internet sticks so i have no way of downloading it, finger crossed for a disc release then! - thanks for your help

My friend is in the same boat as you. The way he gets around this is going to someone else's house who has broadband and downloading it there. Once you've got the download you won't need the Internet.

Dawnguard should be out for the Xbox in a week or so. For other platforms, probably sometime late next month.

No i think the general retail disc is going to be coming out in the distant future, sadly for you. There are a few ways to connect a internet stick to a 360. You obviously wont be able to play online. But you would be able to download the patch. Im sure its not allowed on the forums to explain how to...but a quick google search should clear that up for you.

Also if you have a buddy with a "regular" internet connection you SHOULD be able to take your console and hard drive to their house...plug it in....set up an Xbox Live Silver account if you dont have one (its free) and download your patches.....might even be able to do it at your local library or school lol...anywhere with a wired connection that you can use....or a wireless one if you have the wireless adapter for your xbox.
