I've sided with the Stormcloaks, and finished the war. i got the Hero Of Skyrim Achievement, but am now unable to get the War Hero Achievement. It's either play through again, or go back to an earlier save and capture Sungard again. if you do go back, all you'll have to do is the one mission, get the achievement- don't save it though. Then you can go back to your later saved game.

And you really don't want to publicly post your email address. Very bad idea.

It unlocked fine for me when I finished the Stormcloak quests
Probaby a one-off bug in your case. Try reloading an earlier save
