nah if I want to be Buzz Killington I can state Machinima isn't an official site that gives out officials GOTY and has much meaning as yogscast naming a GOTY but that's overkill

Your game isn't broken. Good for you, that doesn't change the fact that I can't play for 30 minutes without stuttering that drops the fps to zero.

I agree with this. I hate to sound like a huge TES really devoted fan, but I have had no problems with the new patch, no glitches, no crashes, it has only improved. So, for me, this is definately the best game, in fact, uncontested.

Good thing the game isn't broken (for everybody).

From what I know of Machinima they get the game, they play the game and base their awards on their own personal experiences. Evidently from their own personal experience (whatever that is worth to people) the game is GOTY.

I would imagine if I went to Machinima I wouldn't find any statements about how they award games based on the huge and varied beast known as the public and the public's experience with the game.

Nothing. Gaming journalists are just very 'derpish' and GOTY awards don't mean anything.
