Slaving?

Post » Tue Mar 29, 2011 11:52 pm

I have only played about halfway through the game, (level 15) but haven't seen any slaving or slavers yet. I was kinda hoping to do some slaving too, any one seen any slavers yet? I am assuming its not in the game. Kinda disappointing, although glad I got the PC, I am sure someone will make a mod for it.

I don't know if the player can do any slaving themselves (though I'd be extremely surprised if this wasn't an option, since it was in FO3 and so many people liked it), but you've already run into a group of slavers if you've been playing the main story: Caesar's Legion.

Caesar's Legions are supposed to be slave-soldiers. I haven't had much to do with them yet, but if you're interested, maybe you should look into getting into the Legion.

Ohh geeze, you'r right, totally overlooked the legion. Sorry I was stuck in Fallout 2/3 mode and looking for specific dudes called "slavers", and also even though i am halfway through the game, I have basically ignored the legion, specifically due to the fact that they hate me and attack me on site.

Anyway, since my bugged game currently overwrites old saves when I save (almost said slaves :P), I cant start a new game till I finish the current one, I guess I will have to wait a while to see if I can actually take slaves, unless someone else has tried already.

Thanks for the replies,

Won't be an option for me. At level 5, I encountered some during the early quests. After witnessing what they did, I slaughtered them all.

Well, slaving is not nice after all. What did you expect?

Yeah I felt the same way when I first ecountered them, but I know after my first playthrough i will be tired of playing a do gooder, and become more of a hardcoe mercenary type, who has no feelings for anyone. And I might be more apt to working with them .

I may end up restarting the game before I even finish it just because I usually get tired of being a do gooder, I think I played 3 different characters before I beat Fallout 3, and I hated that ending, it made you feel like the only way to beat the game was by playing some angelic type character, or totally evil, I hope there are more gray endings in FNV.
