Well I was just you know playing the game I was at Black Mountain in the crater and I was on top of a Brahmin skull I hoped off only to move like I was walking I made sure caps lock wasn't on and I wasn't carrying too much so I got out of the crater and tryed to fast travel only for it to say "You cannot fast travel while jumping or falling" so I got off verified the game files and got back on and I was still moving slow but now I could fast travel I'm not sure whats going on but I would really like some help.
