Okay so, when I first downloaded Skyrim I turned down all the graphics options and the mouse started working fine and everything.
But then I had to uninstall / reinstall Skyrim to get the Creation kit working.
Now, even with all the graphics options turned down, and even with the bMouseAcceleration line in the ini set to = 0, my game is still responding slow to my mouse input.

It's not like the game is lagging or anything, everything is running at a fine speed.
It's just that it takes about a second for the game to recognize that my mouse has moved or that I've clicked the mouse button.
The problem doesn't happen with my other controls. Like, pressing W to move forward gives an instant response as it should.
It's just the mouse.

Can anyone help me at all?
