Small Question about Breezehome

When you end the quest ''Battle for Whiterun'', can i still buy Breezehome?

I believe so, as you have to regain your title as Thane, and I believe that purchasing the home is a requirement.

Yes, you can always buy Breezehome as long as you kill your first dragon...
