Smithing ingredient order?

Before the creation kit was released, I used FOMM to change smithing recipes for my mod, and I was able to change the order the ingredients appeared. Is this possible with the creation kit?

Yes... where you input the list of ingrediants... order them there.

That just changes how they're listed in the window.. When you exit the window and re-open it, it reverts to alphabetical order.
