If I were to create a perk that was 2x Sneak damage, with bows for example, but it was independent of the sneak skill tree, would it stack with the sneak skill tree perk?

So an example, say you have the perk that gives you x15 damage sneak attack with daggers. If I made a perk that gave 2x sneak attack damage, and you had both perks, would that then be x30 damage? Or would it override? How would that work?

Perks are applied consecutively so it would be 30x Damage and not 17x.
