i would like to ask you:

Do the Grenade Damage, Grenade Mastery, and Frag Blast abilities affect the grenades launched from the Underslung Grenade Launcher? Or is this ability just useful if you throw grenades ?

Grenade Mastery...no.

Grenade Damage and Frag Blast...yes.

Because I've already opened a thread, I would like to ask whether it is worth to buy the ability Grenade Shooting.

Grenade Mastery doesn't? Hm. I would've thought that it would have being that it's still counted as 'the standard grenade' just being fired instead of thrown; but to be honest I've never used the UGL so I wouldnt know.

Grenade shooting is sworn by for some people but worthless for others. If you're using a weapon that's likely to catch a grenade (automatic, shotgun, etc) it's worthwhile to be able to make enemy grenades explode mid-flight, will save your life sometimes, but I certainly wouldn't class it as an essential ability. It helps you combat soldiers effectively but the favourite class is probably Engineer by far.

the advantage of using UGL is, that grenades explode on impact. so if you use it, there is no need for Grenade Shooting.
