After clearing out some dungeons with my newest character (I'd gotten bored of my old one and deleted her save), I decided to head to the closest city, Solitude, to sell my loot. This was my first time entering Solitude on that character, who was level 13 at the time, and all the guards outside were friendly. But for some reason the ones actually in the city attacked me as soon as I went in. I have no bountys in any of the holds and haven't joined any faction yet, and I didn't go up onto the platform where they execute the one guy or anything. I didn't even have my weapon drawn! As soon as I went through the door into the city, all the guards just stopped what they were doing and attacked me! D8 I also can't yield, which makes it even more annoying.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this at all? Any help is appreciated
