Some issues I have not seen discussed

I have not seen a post or discussion about these issues with the 360 version of the game.

1) If I find a quest item prior to getting that quest not only can I not get rid of the item from my inventory but I am not able to complete the quest when I get it.

2) In Markarth I have helped the people etc and in my quest log it states buy a house in Markarth but the topic never comes up and I am unable to purchase a house.

3) The game freezes constantly.

4) If I explore an area and clear it then later I get a quest for that area sometimes there are no enimies there and thus I cannot complete the quest.

5) Periodically I have to clear my xbox system cache in order to keep the game from crashing, every time I do this I have to wait for the patch to redownload. Why is the patch for the game not loading on my HDD? It is kind of irritating to ave to wait for the patch to redownload simply because I had to clear system cache.

I love the game and I think it is fantastic. I would love to see more DLC but only if it is quality DLC. However after spending a great deal of time playing through the game and finding various bugs I am finding that in order to get rid of quest items from my inventory I have to start a new game and remember not to goto the area that has the specific quest item or I will never get that quest or be able to lose the item from my inventory.

This is fairly constant. It is making game play frustrating.

Does anyone know if these issues will be addressed in a new patch? I have not seen these issues addressed.

You should just query in the 360 thread for support, but anyhow:

On #5, that should not be an issue at all as updates/patches integrate themselves into the game files that help it run on the system. Even if you don't have the game installed to your HDD (I don't know if that is an option as I don't have Skyrim for my 360), simply clearing the cache shouldn't delete system or game files, just files that are cached for faster loading, like virtual memory.

On the highlighted line, when was there any DLC released for Skyrim? Also, "Quality" DLC is subjective to how one likes it or not. For example, I particularly don't think Skyrim is an overall improvement over Oblivion, but others do .
