hi i love the game but there are some probs.....

unable to connect to steam friends at all i am on 100 meg cannot host or join.i been told its router ports but i ain't got a clue about these sort of things...also our multiplay server pings at 46 but its sooooooooooo laggy also joining servers and no sound its so laggy hope these things get fixed soon....
