Do you think it would be cool if, for example, you bring a set of Ebony Armor to the shrine of Malacath after completing his quest, and he transforms it into an armor set that matches the artifact?
It would be cool if you could help a daedra make and artifact for once, but volendrung is dwarven not ebony so it would make more snse to bring dwarven armor.
I said Ebony because that's the most appropriate for the Daedric Princes. Daedric wouldn't work because it already has the power of a daedra in it. Ebony is "the cristalized blood of gods", so I think it fits the idea better

get what you mean now, was just thinking in terms of the hammer. Any way the only thing is that their would have to be more to it than a simple fetch me ebony armor. Perhaps getting other rare materials or such. I do like the idea.
Yeah, the Daedric Princes are not exactly the most generous kind. But I think it would be cooler to do smaller objectives, such as (mentioning Meridia now): "kill 100 undead with the Dawnbreaker to gain Meridia's favor"

That would have been a great addition to the "radiant ai" questing system. I would love to be able to continue working for my god of choice after completing his/her/its quest
I love the concept of deadra artifacts especially the staff of sheagorath. Sorry for my spelling it isn't the funnest word to spell!
Love to see another one just like it, but able to turn into something that doesn't really exist within the game or used as a hint to whats to come in the next game or DLC
