So just a list of items that I would like for my character. I've played a good ~80+ hours and haven't come across these items once. I'm level 59 as of now with my sneak mage.

So if anyone has any locations of these or have found these as random loot, it would be helpful. I know mostly they are random loot, but I assume everything has a set location.

• [boots] of muffle. For dischanting, I have found plenty of unique boots that have this enchantment, but none can be dischanted.
  
• Staff of Thunderbolts.
  
• Staff of Incinerate.
  
• Staff of Paralyse.

Or the expert ice spell staff, can't remember the name right now.

Jester boots are counted as cloth and they have a muffle enchant.

Yeah I've found these, also cicero's boots and the shrouded (clothing) boots. You can get boots that can be dischanted, unique ones can't unfortunately.
