I had a few Soul Gem ideas, first off if we can enchant with Soul Gems. Isn't it possible to enchant Soul Gems to certain properties. Like giving them quick effects.

So, the bald dude throws some magicka tube thing that freezes the whole entire ship. Couldn't we in TES enchant Soul Gem to properties and be able to throw them for effects?

I mena we see Soul Gem traps where they throw ice bolts at you, or fire or even electricity. So shouldn't it be possible us the player to do the same? Soul Gems as enchanted projectiles.

Another thing that I think would be ineresting is being able to enchant soul gem properties and making jewelry with soul gems inside of it. Such as let's say a Ruby Necklace, replace the ruby with a soul gem.

Nope. Not at all. The Restoration spells do a nice job at healing and so do potions. Why would you waste soul gems in this manner?

Why do people make soul gem traps then? I see it as more use.
