Hello Bethesda, I dont know if you read all of our messages or not or if you really take what we say sereously. Although I do hope you do on the second one.

I have an idea and its one iv had for far to long now ever sense the first PSP was lanched. Iv craved a Elder Scrolls for my portable system.. in this case now the PS vita seeing as it has the power to suport at lest Oblivion im sure. if not its own vertion of The elder scrolls wheather thats a redone vertion of morrowind, oblvion or skyrim. or even a new one just for the Vita. I beseach you all and Tod that you make this a reality. I do understand how dificult it may be or your fears of doing so, although isent what you want to please your fans? well i know a lot of peapole who would love to see a elder scrolls on the vita thats for sure. I still have hope for this seeing as how years ago there was a hint that oblvion was going to the psp but never happend.... sadly.

thank you for reading.

considering morrowind only took up about 1 gig of space which a psp game can and dose do on the higher end ones i highly doubt that. Oblivion took up 3.5 gigs at max i want to say.

They can't make the game consistant on the PS3, let alone a psp, which they have probably had no experience with...

It's not the memory, it's just the fact that Skyrim has had a lot of problems on the PS3 already, so most people think it's not likely that they'd be able to do a good job on a portable version. Plus they'd probably have to end up recreating most of the Creation Engine from scratch to work on the Vita, which could take a couple years by itself, which means we'd just be waiting another 3-4 years for Fallout 4/TES 6, and personally, I'd rather have those.

I don't see why it would be unreasonable to have an Elder Scrolls game for a portable system, I believe they have done it in the past. Current portable systems won't handle something like Skyrim for sure, but future technology will make it possible, heck you could get a small netbook in the near future capable of installing the windows version of Skyrim.

Edit: Yep, Elder Scrolls Travels, for a cellphone in fact.

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion_%28PSP%29

That was "announced" (not firmly) not long after Oblivions release, like less then 6 months. It's cancelled now and I don't see it happening.

Besides TES is pretty much everything a handheld game shouldn't be, so short on making it no longer TES they may as well keep providing games on home computers rather then expect fans of the series to go and get a new handheld to follow it.

Apparently already is a notebook that can play Skyrim quite well.

As for Travels they're insanely basic, like Oblivion just takes you though the main quest on a simplistic top down view. I don't think it ever made it to UK carriers like most mobile games back then.

Alaron on Iphone is alright for a simalar experience but still it doesn't feel right on handheld.

Never played the Travels games so idunno, but at least they are technically Elder Scrolls games. And I was talking about a netbook, they are even smaller than notebooks, and would more fit in with portable game systems IMO.

That's a Netbook, sorry for the long link, I don't know how to make spiffy one-clickable-word-links. ^.^*
