I would think so. However I am not sure who, whether it would be kaburke or Timeslip

I have no reason to believe the core concepts of load ordering are any different. I know porting my (Unreleased - for good reason) mod manager looks to be changing two filepaths, so I imagine timeslip shouldn't have much problem - but there's probably a decent amount of code to change for FOMOD Scripting.

I prefer a version of wrye (gary for fo3) bash myself. but any sort of mod manager would be greatly appreciated right now. i started tweaking some mods im using but have no easy way of making my changes override those of the original's.

Kaburke mentioned making a FOMM for NV in http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1118082-why-are-there-so-few-fomods/page__view__findpost__p__16429102. We just have to be patient.

Yeah that would be great. For general mod managing I prefer Wrye/Gary Bash by far, I only use the Mod Manager for activating (F)OMODS.

Valda said he was going to work on it if Wrye or others didn't.

I hope he does and I hope that modders take to it this time like they didn't in Fallout 3.

I'm probably not going to get New Vegas for a few months if not GOTY ... with http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1119357-wipz-mtes4-manager/ (soon to be compatible with NV and already is for F3) and Nehrim - I've got my town crier agenda full.

And I don't want the roller coaster of patches from bethesda and modders trying to fix things faster than bethesda. Had enough of that with Fallout3.

But who knows ... those videos posted by talkie looked fun.

Between wanting to play the game "as-is" at the start... and not wanting to deal with the nonsense of load order without FOMM, I'm looking forward to seeing an equivalent tool for FO:NV.

(Between FO3Edit and FOMM, they made my modding life so much easier. They're a must-have.)

I'm waiting on the FOMM port, which I feel is inevitable.

Patiently waiting for a Wrye Bash port. I dislike using mods without that, be it for Oblivion, FO3, or yeah, NV as it turns out. Mind you, until then, NVMM would do the trick, more or less. Well, less, but still.

Looks like a port of Wrye there. Not sure if it's official but it looks like it.

Just wanted to note that I read on timeslips home page that "he" doesnt plan on modding NV. Though he said he thinks kaburke can handle it.
