"Something bad seems to have happened" when applying

Edit: Nevermind I reinstalled it feel free to lock or delete this thread.

I recently learned how to make custom races, but still have (player based) pink hand problems. So I (being extremely inexperienced) with archive invalidation made an archive invalidation text in New Vegas's directory. Whatever I did, I did it wrong. Now I'm just trying to figure out how to fix Fomm/reverse the consequences of that archive invalidation text I made. Deleting it didn't do anything. Perhaps I must reinstall NV again?
