Maybe you want to play on your old character that you like and love to play as?
i still play on my level 57 Character, played over 270 hoours and planning to play on the same character when Dawnguard comes out,Then of course i will start new characters just do try the other side. joining the dawnguard with my first, then joining the vampires.

This person is complaining because a glitch forced them to restart, and they don't want to have to play the 'same old game' over again. If you don't like the game, don't play it. An expansion isn't going to solve that.

Except Fallout New Vegas, but that was made by Obsidian.
