Hi, anyone know why is it so that wounds sometimes don't appear. For example shooting two identical enemies, sometimes one of them has blood on them, other doesn't Also, I have never seen blood on some outfits, for example business suits.

I'm not talking about decals dissapearing, I have tweaked my ini files so that when the blood appears, it stays for several minutes, I also have tweaked the ini to have more decals than default.

Does this only happen to me or is this usual. If it's normal, is there any mod to fix this?
