Hello everyone, I'd like to know if Bethesda is for or against SOPA/PIPA/ACTA. I know this isn't appropriate for this section, but I want this post to get as much attention as possible.

If you don't know what the above is, they are bills in the US that are meant to stop online piracy. What they will really do is censor the internet and take away your rights. This will affect all countries, as ACTA states that if someone outside the US was to commit online piracy or copyright infringement they will be brought to the US to stand trial. These bills will make piracy a felony with many years in prison and a huge fine. It's obvious the government doesn't know what they are doing, as these bills are so broadly worded that it could even apply to karaoke, let's plays, fan art, or anything else you can think of.

If Bethesda is for these bills, I demand they change their mind. I would like you all to comment on this and let Bethesda know how we feel about this. If they are against these bills, then great, that's one more reason among the many to love this company.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but this is destined to be locked up.

Also, I doubt Bethesda will do anything, hence there is so much support.

By the way, SOPA is shelved.
