Is there anyone who could setup a simple site to manage clans,, im not that computer literate..

I was thinking if anyone could do it (nothing fancy just basic) we could schedule our own clan battles.
all we need to do is use the private match system FR the leader of a clan you want to challenge and set it up..then if everyone is honest about it we record the wins losses through a basic site which some clever cloggs will do for us .. simple :goodjob: lol

what do you all think .. would it work ??
