I dont believe it works on dragons, mammoths and possible giants.

Great, So its an overpowered shout that I cant use because it would take the challenge out of most fights. Wasted dev time.

Rips the soul out of a enemy (which goes into a soul gem), sends them flying, and resurrects them.
