Ok here goes.....In fallout 3 when you walked in a town or settlement,& you bumped or knocked into things NPC's would say ..."watch it" or " be carefull" etc. ( which is fine ).
But when going through the metro tunnels ( as an example ) you knock tins, bottles & other junk around that made noise....but this did'nt seem to alert enemy NPC's.
I found this a bit annoying...because it showed that NPC's could detect sound ,but not enemies.
Some people may not think its a big deal, but i do.... it adds to the immersion of the game especially when trying to sneak up on someone/something.
Why have regular NPC's respond to sound & not enemies,it should be the other way around in my view.
Anyway...i would like to hear other peoples views on this, & is it important?
I cant see it being something that i've just noticed in my game, surely this is the same for everyone?
I would like to know if anyone knows anything about this in NV, or i would appreciate a devs view on this.
Thankyou
