Is there any way to disable that "Ping" audio sound in the CK? Touch anything in a world cell or city, even just rotating the camera, and its "PING PING PING PING PING PING".

It sounds like you may have another issue or something conflict with the CK. I've looked and can't find anything to do with sounds when moving or clicking.

I get a navmesh error and one about textures on initial loading, but I get those with just Skyrim.esm and I dont get the pinging in interior cells. Theres no error box or any dialog box open with it does the pinging, and I can do everything fine, I just have to mute my speakers.

I found a fix, for anyone curious. Its not a CK issue its a Vista bug.

With UAC off, I've not heard it ding once. If killing UAC is not acceptable, you can also configure your system sounds to sidestep the editors' versions of Jingle Bells.
