Normally I keep my windows/system volume at 50%, which is more than enough for everything else I play/watch/listen to. Heck, in some games I even need to lower the volume so it's not too loud.

But In Skyrim The sound level seems really low. I've maxed everything and I still feel like it's way too low compared to other games. And yes, I realize I could just put my system/windows volume up to 100%, but i'd rather find out if there's a way to make the sound level in Skyrim better without doing.

Anyone else noticed this? Is it intentional or a bug?

It's a known bug.
