Just wanted to know if any of you have had any trouble receiving your copies of the soundtrack? I ordered mine on 23/12, and I haven't even received an email along the lines of "Your CD has shipped" yet. I tried contacting DirectSong through their website, which is pain in the neck to navigate. That was 3 days ago and, the same as with my order, all I've had is a confirmation email saying they've got it. Anyone got any idea how I can find out what's happening with this, because I'm getting a bit concerned that I've thrown $38 at this CD and I'm not going to get it. The idea of this makes me a sad little Dovah...

Mine took a long time. I ordered it when the offer first came out way back in November, and I finally got it about a week before Christmas. I checked on it by sending an email to the address provided under "Contact us" on their website and they did respond. it is worth the wait, but the way.

Good to know Did they send a shipping email, just out of curiosity?

I ordered it at the start of December. However I received no confirmation, so last week I sent a support ticket. Took a little while for a response, but the woman told me that they've received huge demand and had some issues with manufacturing. However she said she'd send mine out as soon as possible. Needless to say I have had an email confirming it's been shipped.

Got two cards from UK Post Office today saying that I've got duty to pay on two parcels. Can only assume it's my soundtrack and they've sent it twice. ￡11.82 to pay for each (though I'll try and return to sender on one) and DirectSong don't want to know.

I too ordered my copy in late December. Since then, I've received no shipping notice and received no package from DirectSong. I opened a ticket with them a couple of days ago and it's been ignored thus far. I'm not at all impressed. If they don't contact me with an answer soon, I'll be disputing the charge with PayPal.

My mom said she ordered it 2 weeks before Christmas and it got here in a week so I got it on Christmas day.

I just placed my order earlier this week. I did receiver a confirmation e-mail, but the website said that the CD would ship within -4 weeks- of the order.

If I woulda known it was gonna take so long, I probably wouldn't have ordered.

A friend bought me it for Christmas, she ordered it November 5th and recieved it on January 10th. We do live in Australia though, so I wasn't surprised it took so long.
