Hey maybe some of you noticed that it's impossible to make special 5.56 ammo? And how can you repair ammo without another part of it? because with faction armor other peeps are getting angry at me all the time :S

Do you have hand loader? Might be required to craft particular 5.56 ammo.
If you want to repair armor without more of the same, either get Jury Rigger or go to one of the repair NPCs.
