I know they said that there would be more kill cams but after the patch I got a bunch for a day or so and now I'll go 4 hours without even seeing one. Something I did?

It's just chance. That's how it is.

I guess I have no chance then since I never see them

There is nothing you can really do about it. If you make sure you get a clean shot on the last enemy it seems to occur more often though.
