What levels to you have to be to find certain armor(and weapons) as random loot? I hear that daedric is really rare though I have a full set of ebony on one character and a full set of glass on another.

I have found occasional daedric weapons starting at 40 but never daedric armor. I found a dragon helmet once. According to the UESP wiki, daedric weapons can be found starting at level 46 and daedrick armor at level 48, but they are coded to be 20 times less common. I have heard from people that it's one armor type you really have to make if you want to wear them.
