Anyone have a solution to the speech problem. Any time i speak to anyone ingame, i get no sound. Npc's that bring up a dialog box.

Alt+Ctrl+Del, then Set the Priority of the Game (in the Task manager) to "Above Normal" or- if this doesn't work, to High (expect the game to be a "bit" Laggy after that)

you can also try the "Silent Hill Fix" or run the Game in Windowed Mode. (witch both of them has not worked for me, but - as i hear - for others)
