I recently saw a speed run attempt on youtube, and am becoming more and more anxious to try one out myself.

I know Sam Bernstein the dev who won the speed run challenge at bethesda in 2:16 played as an altmer, but that is pretty much all the info i have.

the youtube speed run uses dualweilding and potions basically to get through the game. and accomplishes that in 2:45... the only strategy i can come up with is going imperial and training restoration up whenever possible to get the respite perk as quick as possible... to make running faster, but i guess that would take up alot of extra, probably unnecessary time

so the question is, aside from trying to run constantly, and taking every corner perfectly, does anyone have some strategy ideas on how to beat this game in 2:15 minutes? Or do you think thats all it is... running fast and taking corners perfectly?

Altmer are the quickest. That can be useful.
Try yourself at Novice, will go much faster I think. Fast travel everywhere and put perk points into Stamina.

Should keep you going.

Are we talking Skyrim? 2:15 to finish the main quest? Not likely.

....to the second post....yeah i forgot altmer were the tallest thus fastest... makes sense... but then do you think he used destruction and healing or weapons and potions?
