Hey everyone, I'll get to the point:

I'm trying to change the Unrelenting Force shout to go into slow motion when I use it.

The problem is that (from the looks of it) spells/shouts can either have 'self' or 'aimed' under the 'Delivery' menu.

What I want would essentially require a delivery (the attack itself) as well as a self-effect (the slow motion).

I would assume something this simple would be possible, but I'm still stuck.
