The theory is, well my hopes and dreams, is that there is a way to create an armor piece [Necklace] that has a spell attached to it [Candlelight] that will never go away!

I have no idea how to do this! I'm new, I don't know what I'm doing, and it seems like all I can do is add enchantments and not a cast on self spell that just never goes away.

Please community and wise elders, share your wisdom and insight because I'm confused and in need of help! Thank You !

[The same could be applied to a spell such as stone flesh. [I forget if that is the Skyrim name, I just know that's a spell in Baldurs Gate and there is one similar in Skyrim.]]

PS: If you're wonder what the use of this is for, it's because I don't like spells [I be fighter! I have a mage for spells!] and ENB shaders makes everything dark. I wanted a constant light source that's more powerful than a torch, AND I was hoping it would work on mannequins.

PSS: I see no way to sort of spruce up the text besides to divide it up, kind of hard for me to make a non-text wall.
