For some reason when I equip a spell of some sort and right when my hands come up the screen flashes really quickly and my hands are down again and the spell gets unequipped. Then i have to go back into the favorites menu and reequip the spell again. It does this almost every time I try switching from a weapon to a spell. Shouts tend to unequip themselves as well when, I think it does this every time a teleport from one location to another. Any reason to why this could be happening?
