Hopefully simple request for a mod I think a lot of people might enjoy.

I think it's a balanced concept, instead of spending an earned perk point on a valuable perk I'd like a way (be it a script tied to an item or actual perk menu) to use it to reset my perks and re-spec.

Your character's skills would still be set, it would just provide a little wiggle room for perk-specialization tweaking or re-spec'ing after switching to a modded perk tree.

After playing a lot of ME3 and Diablo 3 I guess I've gotten a little spoiled by the ability to try out new powers, re-spec, and ultimately settle on something I'm happy with.


Any other suggestions on this? Would you use it? Better / more interesting ways to balance it? Does it need any cost ala ME3/D3? Discuss, please.
