There are so many problems with the game, especially on the consoles, and the forums are full of people giving valuable feedback and suggestions for improvements.
But Splash Damage is ignoring all of them, giving no feedback, not communicating at all. It feels like they slap these people in the face saying "we got your money, now what?" Do they hate the community?

I think they are ignoring most of the suggestions for improvements because 75% of them is "add deathmatch game mode".

Not sure what you were attempting to solve / learn with this thread. As mentioned these are the Beth forums, SD has had their hands full with the recent hacking attempts and the upcoming DLC / fixes. Some more communication would be appreciated, but I don't think that this is the type of thread that would warrant a response from anyone in charge.

We're definitely listening and accounting for your feedback, but we can't always respond to every comment -- but we keep an eye on these forums as well as others.

Now, a little about Gstaff. He is the Senior Community Administrator on these boards. He is a employee of Bethesda Softworks. He is not an employee of Splash Damage but he is the closest we will get. He is in communication with them, I believe him to be our main line to the Splash Damage team, so when he says these things you can take his word on it.

Now, here is the Splash Damage team that is on these forums, but they haven't been active for a bit, so I would still refer Gstaff as our main source of info concerning Brink.

Now, to say that SD and Beth are not paying attention to us, or they have abandoned us after stealing our money and running, is just plain foolishness. They are listening and they are working on patches and DLC, I for one would rather have them working on the game then spending all their time on these forums answering the same 3 questions over and over,

Where are our lobbies?
Why haven't you fixed the [insert whatever your biggest concern is here]?
Where is the DLC?

So please, keep the criticisms constructive and show some patience, you will be rewarded.
