so i've leveled alchemy have almost every reciepe but ive never been able to find a single spriggan sap...ive killed numerous "spriggans" but the only loot they drop is taproot,,,does anyone know where to find spriggan sap?

They are random spawns in alchemist's shops. Just go visit every city's alchemy shop and you should find a handful.

there is a strange blue tree in a giant camp that will give you some sap, near whiterun i think
