There are 3 Standing stone in my house but when i add a room marker they became invisible. how can i fix this ?

Try raising the roombounds so that all of the standing stones' "persona" is enclosed in the roombounds. There is a very high element to the standing stones to allow for the shaft of light. I think if u click on the standing stone, the outline box will show how high its boundaries are.
