I have tried all the moderators suggestions for miraaks battle and yet he is still stuck in the middle and he always says whenever i hop off the serpent dragon he says "the time for talking is over" with no other dialouge options

this is the part were someone saids I didn't have a problem..... well I had the same problem over and over again....
