I've scaled objects to maximum size for the buildings in mods before. In the past it has worked fine. With tiles, or wallonlys, or trees. So I had a new idea. I wanted to make an interior that looked like an exterior with a dramatic sky visible. I thought I found the perfect solution. The vanilla soil/dirt+4 square buildings scaled to 10 positioned around the dirt. A vertibird would be used to come and go... So from the players perspective it would look believable/realistic.
But in-game the objects did not fit together like they did in the GECK window. I did repeated tests, placing things around all over the place, and it wasn't just a slight misfit, it was a very significant problem. Was it the patch? Do SOME objects not do well in the geck when scaled to maximum size? Why does it appear fine in the GECK but in game the static objects are missing, or far off from where they appeared in the GECK?
