Why do xp/hour?
My reasoning behind this is that xp values would range somewere to the average player getting around 20k xp/hour, newer players around 10k xp/hour, and some of the best getting around 40k xp/hour. This would be a much more accurate measurement of skill.
Why from the past 60 games?
People grow in skill, in fact, many people will re-make an account to keep a good record. Using only the past 60 games you get a better update of how a player is currently doing. Also, using 60 games means that noticable and slow changes will occur on your record. Any more would mean that the player wouldn't notice much of a change after a game, if less then the player will see his stats jump way too high or low depending on the past game.
