Stealing Everything From Stores : V

Can you steal everything that you can buy in a store? This has been asked before but i havent really seen it answered

It has been asked and answered no, you can steal things on display but everything else is within the hidden inventory of the shop owner that you cannot steal.

If you use tcl you can go under the shop to get to the stores hidden inventory.
