No matter what when I attempt to steal something I ALWAYS lose karma.


I wait/Move objects until I get the message [Hidden], I take it and I lose karma and there is no one even close to me.

I've tried stealth-boy and I still lose karma.

What am i doing wrong o.o

Well to start off with look up the word karma. If you did, you'd realize it wasn't dependent on someone seeing you. If it helps, think of it as sin(although karma also covers good actions). Just because nobody saw you steal from a charity box doesnt mean you wont be made to suffer for it later

Nothing. Karma loss isn't dependent on getting caught.

Karma always sees you. Being hidden only prevents people you from losing Reputation or getting attacked/having all your stolen goods confiscated.

Thats weird then,
I've swear thats videos of people on YouTube stealing stuff on here and not losing any karma and they steal TONS.

You don't lose karma for stealing from Evil factions, I believe. Or maybe Very Evil.

It's a bit odd, really.

Also is there any way to auto complete the "Come fly with me" quest or W.E it is for the ghouls it scares the #$#$$ out of me.

You can ignore it. It's not necessary.

Its possible to install a mod that removes the message and sound everytime you gain or lose karma. Even though when you steal, kill, or make decisions (good or bad) it still counts against/toward your karma. A lot of the people doing vids on the internet have this mod (as well as others, like removing the cursor) installed, just for a cleaner looking video. It would be pointless if it only counted when someone sees you doing something.
